Narrative:
While having the proper manuals and paperwork on hand, the spacer on the B767 nosewheels seems to be a trap. It continually sticks to the wheel bearing when the assembly is removed from the aircraft. Having the only nosewheel spacer of the 5 fleet types, air carrier X has and rarely changing B767 tires at this station contributes also to the spacer being missed.

Title: A B767-300 WAS DISPATCHED IN NON COMPLIANCE WITH A NOSE GEAR TIRE AND WHEEL ASSEMBLY REPLACED, BUT THE WHEEL SPACER WAS NOT REINSTALLED.
Narrative: WHILE HAVING THE PROPER MANUALS AND PAPERWORK ON HAND, THE SPACER ON THE B767 NOSEWHEELS SEEMS TO BE A TRAP. IT CONTINUALLY STICKS TO THE WHEEL BEARING WHEN THE ASSEMBLY IS REMOVED FROM THE ACFT. HAVING THE ONLY NOSEWHEEL SPACER OF THE 5 FLEET TYPES, ACR X HAS AND RARELY CHANGING B767 TIRES AT THIS STATION CONTRIBUTES ALSO TO THE SPACER BEING MISSED.
