Narrative:

The aircraft had a deferred item on aircraft for a right reverser isolation problem. It had been deferred for a few days. Maintenance fixed the problem and indicated in logbook reverser ok or operations check normal. Signed off the maintenance and removed the deferral. I walked around the aircraft and failed to see the deactivation screws still in the side of engine. (They are small quarter-sized discs that are red in color.) on landing at destination, the right engine reverser would not activate. I found discs in right engine on postflt. Maintenance fixed the problem. No problems or landing problems affected the flight.
