Narrative:
I announced inbound on CTAF about 10 mi out. Unicom advised crop dusters operating in the area. I flew on over the top entry to a left downwind to runway 17. I visually checked all fields around the airport, while flying the pattern, and did not see any traffic. I made radio calls on downwind, base, final, and short final. At about 200 ft AGL, I noticed an aircraft shadow off my left -- very close. I initiated a balked landing and saw a crop duster come right under us in a steep bank from my left. The passenger and I estimate less than 100 ft separation. I went around in a standard left pattern. The crop duster did some sort of tight left pattern and landed while I was on downwind. This happened because the crop duster did not have a radio, was not looking, and flew a very tight, careless, reckless pattern.

Title: A BE90 PLT EXECUTES A GAR AT AN UNCTLED ARPT DUE TO A CROP DUSTER OPERATING IN A CARELESS AND RECKLESS MANNER ALLEGED BY THE RPTR.
Narrative: I ANNOUNCED INBOUND ON CTAF ABOUT 10 MI OUT. UNICOM ADVISED CROP DUSTERS OPERATING IN THE AREA. I FLEW ON OVER THE TOP ENTRY TO A L DOWNWIND TO RWY 17. I VISUALLY CHKED ALL FIELDS AROUND THE ARPT, WHILE FLYING THE PATTERN, AND DID NOT SEE ANY TFC. I MADE RADIO CALLS ON DOWNWIND, BASE, FINAL, AND SHORT FINAL. AT ABOUT 200 FT AGL, I NOTICED AN ACFT SHADOW OFF MY L -- VERY CLOSE. I INITIATED A BALKED LNDG AND SAW A CROP DUSTER COME RIGHT UNDER US IN A STEEP BANK FROM MY L. THE PAX AND I ESTIMATE LESS THAN 100 FT SEPARATION. I WENT AROUND IN A STANDARD L PATTERN. THE CROP DUSTER DID SOME SORT OF TIGHT L PATTERN AND LANDED WHILE I WAS ON DOWNWIND. THIS HAPPENED BECAUSE THE CROP DUSTER DID NOT HAVE A RADIO, WAS NOT LOOKING, AND FLEW A VERY TIGHT, CARELESS, RECKLESS PATTERN.
