Flight crew of MD80 utilized wrong STAR into cyvr and exceeded the speed restr published at an arrival fix. 2 different arrival pages are titled 'accord' and are nearly identical except for the arrival runways they serve and 2 speed restrs accompanied by an 'expect' altitude advisories.

Narrative:
There are 2 arrival pages, both labeled ACCORD6. We missed a speed reduction due to having out incorrect page. The 2 arrival pages of same name are differentiated by active arrival runway. We received clearance for accord arrival without mention of runway and thus didn't catch our error.
