Narrative:
On final approach for ILS runway 30 at st cloud, mn, noticed conventional gear airplane pass overhead, less than 100 ft. Took evasive action with rapid descent. Airplane overtook us from 4 O'clock position to 10 O'clock position. Other pilot in airplane made no attempt to evade or avoid -- continued same course. I was training a pilot who was using a view limiting device. As I took evasive action, I told him to look out at the nearby airplane.
