Narrative:
I came to work and was told someone misrouted #0 cable and it snapped. The system has been actuated between 60-120 times before this cable broke. No noises, funny sounds were heard.

Narrative: I CAME TO WORK AND WAS TOLD SOMEONE MISROUTED #0 CABLE AND IT SNAPPED. THE SYS HAS BEEN ACTUATED BTWN 60-120 TIMES BEFORE THIS CABLE BROKE. NO NOISES, FUNNY SOUNDS WERE HEARD.
