Narrative:
On takeoff just after we rotated we saw a flock of small birds. As we passed them, it sounded like we hit a couple of them. We notified the tower and entered a holding pattern to burn off fuel for a possible landing. We did not notice any abnormalities, all engine indications were normal. We consulted dispatch, maintenance and the chief pilot. We were told that if we had normal indications to continue to our destination and complete postflt inspection looking for any damage. When we arrived at our destination, no damage was seen, but maintenance was called to look at the plane.
