Narrative:
Normal approach runway 9R. Normal touchdown, aircraft started yawing to the left. Captain reported full rudder. Tower called and advised tires were on fire. Proceeded to evacuate aircraft. Evacuate/evacuation was uneventful. At this time the suspected cause for the tires blowing was a failure of the anti-skid system.
