Narrative:
Runway 32, first 600 ft of runway is notamed closed. Taxi out of FBO on taxiway a, the new hold short line is 600-1000 ft down the taxiway, away from the approach end of runway 32. Hold short sign is a '32-approach' sign. The hold short paint lines are on top of old lines and hard to see. The old hold short sign is still there about 600 ft further. The old hold short sign is still there about 600 ft further. The old sign is wrapped in a black garbage bag. From this distance, it looks like just the black side of the sign and you would expect to see the face of it when you get closer and turned the corner. This is where you normally expect the hold short of a runway. Nothing in notices to airmen about new and unexpected hold short lines.
