Narrative:
I entered the traffic pattern at clemont county airport. Turned on base leg, slowed her down and on final, lowered full flaps. Touchdown and on roll pushed rudder pedals to correct for crosswind push. Suddenly the pedals wouldn't respond and the aircraft was making a wide circle to the left. The rudder pedals felt locked. Hitting the wet grass, the plane skidded over the taxiway toward the tie-down area that has foot high cement anchors. The nosewheel catches one and the plane noses over. I cut all the switches and walked away.
