Narrative:
Aircraft X just leveled off at FL250, sebound. Aircraft Y was in a descent from FL310 to FL260, 1 mi apart and head-on. Aircraft X advised me she was turning right and descending to FL240. Traffic was called for both aircraft. Aircraft Y was leaving FL268 descending to FL260 at the time of aircraft X's RA. No other traffic was affected.
