Narrative:

After landing on runway 4R we exited left on taxiway left then taxiway Y to hold short of runway 4L as instructed by ATC. The taxiway was wet and appeared to be slick. The captain was taxiing at a safe speed for the upcoming left turn. ATC asked us to continue taxiing to hold short of runway 4L. We felt that ATC was rushing us and it was unsafe for us to taxi any faster in those conditions.
