Narrative:
I was practicing navigation tracking of vors. I was tuned into csn VOR. Upon takeoff from manassas, I placed my transponder code in and reported to pct. When I left ADIZ area, I was instructed to squawk 1200. I was attempting to approach csn VOR from different bearings and hadn't realized I had re-entered the ADIZ area. As soon as I realized it, I immediately contacted potomac and asked for instructions. I was given an ADIZ code and instructed to return to hef to land. Upon landing, I immediately called to report the incident.
