Narrative:
An elderly woman was unhappy about her seat change (by ground personnel in bgi) and she began to curse at me and displayed belligerent behavior. A younger aide also became disruptive. When I tried to accommodate them together back in the requested cabin they had paid for, rather than their separated seats in business class, they both refused to move and the aide began to scream. Clearly, their behavior who incompatible with travel on a commercial airline and I asked ground personnel to remove them (with our captain's full support). Eventually, after close to 1 hour, local police were brought to the plane and they were removed. This problem could be avoided by restricting overbooking and making air carrier employees in bgi aware of the fact that passenger disturbances will never be tolerated.

Title: A FLT ATTENDANT RPTED A BELLIGERENT ELDERLY PAX WHO WAS UPSET WHEN SHE FOUND OUT HER SEAT ASSIGNMENT WAS SEPARATE FROM HER COMPANION DURING BOARDING IN TBPB.
Narrative: AN ELDERLY WOMAN WAS UNHAPPY ABOUT HER SEAT CHANGE (BY GND PERSONNEL IN BGI) AND SHE BEGAN TO CURSE AT ME AND DISPLAYED BELLIGERENT BEHAVIOR. CLRLY, THEIR BEHAVIOR WHO INCOMPATIBLE WITH TRAVEL ON A COMMERCIAL AIRLINE AND I ASKED GND PERSONNEL TO REMOVE THEM (WITH OUR CAPT'S FULL SUPPORT). EVENTUALLY, AFTER CLOSE TO 1 HR, LCL POLICE WERE BROUGHT TO THE PLANE AND THEY WERE REMOVED. THIS PROB COULD BE AVOIDED BY RESTRICTING OVERBOOKING AND MAKING ACR EMPLOYEES IN BGI AWARE OF THE FACT THAT PAX DISTURBANCES WILL NEVER BE TOLERATED.
