Narrative:
Cleared to jaymo and a descent to 2000 ft. Traffic called at 5 mi, 1:30 O'clock position at 1800 ft. Proceeding to jaymo at 2000 ft, traffic picked up on TCASII inside 5 mi, closing at 100 ft below (-01). Seconds later, first officer flying from left seat, gets a visual on aircraft at approximately 1/4 mi at an apparent co-altitude, closing. A TCASII command to 'climb' was received simultaneously. An abrupt climb was initiated to approximately 2300 ft to 2400 ft. The other aircraft appeared to take no evasive action and passed directly over jaymo at 1900-2000 ft.
