Narrative:
ZZZ maintenance inadvertently cleared MEL from the computer during overnight maintenance on sep/mon/03. Maintenance worked the MEL but was unable to fix it. Aircraft flew 2 legs without the proper MEL penalty corrections before the mistake was caught in ZZZ1. Maintenance reissued the placard in ZZZ1 and the computer was updated.

Title: AN ACR ACFT DISPATCHER DID NOT CATCH THAT AN MEL ITEM HAD BEEN INADVERTENTLY CLRED AFTER MAINT ATTEMPTED A FIX THAT WAS NOT SUCCESSFUL.
Narrative: ZZZ MAINT INADVERTENTLY CLRED MEL FROM THE COMPUTER DURING OVERNIGHT MAINT ON SEP/MON/03. MAINT WORKED THE MEL BUT WAS UNABLE TO FIX IT. ACFT FLEW 2 LEGS WITHOUT THE PROPER MEL PENALTY CORRECTIONS BEFORE THE MISTAKE WAS CAUGHT IN ZZZ1. MAINT REISSUED THE PLACARD IN ZZZ1 AND THE COMPUTER WAS UPDATED.
