Narrative:
Passenger came to plane in wheelchair, but walked up stair ramp unassisted. She had her choice of meals, was drinking red wine and was seated in first class. I was speaking to passenger a few rows back in first class. As I walked back up she stopped me and said, 'I don't appreciate you talking to those people so long, and I had to bus my own tray.' (she put it on the other seat to go to the bathroom.) when I realized she was serious I said, 'well that's part of my job to talk to people.' she said, 'no your job is to take care of my needs, I'm handicapped.' I just left it at that, cockpit needed to be relieved, I went up. While I was up she came to galley where #3 and #5 flight attendants were standing and said, 'I don't mind you talking, but stand facing me in case I need anything.' the #3 flight attendant said, 'ma'am, that's what your call button is for.' when I came back out she came up to galley and informed me, 'I could call my whole staff up and she would explain what was going on.' I said, 'I'm sorry, but I don't have a staff and that's not the way we handle things, if you have a problem you can talk to me. Also the seatbelt sign is on and you should be in your seat with your seatbelt fastened.' I followed her back to her seat where she proceeded to take out her black book where she had written all her problems down: 'I was talking to passenger and she needed help with her tray. The flight attendants were in the galley talking about their boyfriends (the female doesn't have one and the male is straight with a family), she had walked all the way to the back and the flight attendants were doing nothing (the seatbelt sign was on). I was in the cockpit (she said) for at least 10 mins and she didn't like my attitude and was calling the ceo of airline as soon as she got to la and that I was going to have a lot of explaining to do if I still had a job.' I said, 'I don't know what you want from us. We have tried to meet your needs, but we can't stand in front of you all the time just in case you need something.' she had gotten loud and very disrespectful. She said, 'for what she paid for her ticket she deserved the attention and my job was to take care of her needs all the time.' I made sure she had a wheelchair in mia and we were glad to get rid of her.

Title: FLT ATTENDANT RPT ON AN OBNOXIOUS, OVERBEARING, EXTREMELY DEMANDING PAX IN 1ST CLASS, CLAIMING A HANDICAPPED CONDITION, WANTING THE WORLD OF ATTN ON A B757 FLT TO MIA, FL.
Narrative: PAX CAME TO PLANE IN WHEELCHAIR, BUT WALKED UP STAIR RAMP UNASSISTED. SHE HAD HER CHOICE OF MEALS, WAS DRINKING RED WINE AND WAS SEATED IN FIRST CLASS. I WAS SPEAKING TO PAX A FEW ROWS BACK IN FIRST CLASS. WHILE I WAS UP SHE CAME TO GALLEY WHERE #3 AND #5 FLT ATTENDANTS WERE STANDING AND SAID, 'I DON'T MIND YOU TALKING, BUT STAND FACING ME IN CASE I NEED ANYTHING.' THE #3 FLT ATTENDANT SAID, 'MA'AM, THAT'S WHAT YOUR CALL BUTTON IS FOR.' WHEN I CAME BACK OUT SHE CAME UP TO GALLEY AND INFORMED ME, 'I COULD CALL MY WHOLE STAFF UP AND SHE WOULD EXPLAIN WHAT WAS GOING ON.' I SAID, 'I'M SORRY, BUT I DON'T HAVE A STAFF AND THAT'S NOT THE WAY WE HANDLE THINGS, IF YOU HAVE A PROB YOU CAN TALK TO ME. ALSO THE SEATBELT SIGN IS ON AND YOU SHOULD BE IN YOUR SEAT WITH YOUR SEATBELT FASTENED.' I FOLLOWED HER BACK TO HER SEAT WHERE SHE PROCEEDED TO TAKE OUT HER BLACK BOOK WHERE SHE HAD WRITTEN ALL HER PROBS DOWN: 'I WAS TALKING TO PAX AND SHE NEEDED HELP WITH HER TRAY. THE FLT ATTENDANTS WERE IN THE GALLEY TALKING ABOUT THEIR BOYFRIENDS (THE FEMALE DOESN'T HAVE ONE AND THE MALE IS STRAIGHT WITH A FAMILY), SHE HAD WALKED ALL THE WAY TO THE BACK AND THE FLT ATTENDANTS WERE DOING NOTHING (THE SEATBELT SIGN WAS ON). SHE SAID, 'FOR WHAT SHE PAID FOR HER TICKET SHE DESERVED THE ATTN AND MY JOB WAS TO TAKE CARE OF HER NEEDS ALL THE TIME.' I MADE SURE SHE HAD A WHEELCHAIR IN MIA AND WE WERE GLAD TO GET RID OF HER.
