Narrative:
I departed ZZZ about XA00 local on runway 27. WX clear, wind light and variable. I flew 20 mins to fwn (sussex airport), entered on left downwind for runway 21, called several times for other traffic, and made a normal approach to runway 21. A smooth touchdown was made in the center of runway. The aircraft started to veer to right, I applied left rudder. Aircraft continued to track to right. I applied left brake to stop aircraft from tracking to right. Aircraft was stopped with right gear approximately 1 ft off edge of runway. I did not want to use excessive left brake because of the possibility of rolling the right gear under, and the aircraft was almost stopped. A new tire and tube was put on aircraft. There was no other damage to aircraft. The aircraft was flown back to ZZZ and a normal landing was made.

Title: A BE55 SINGLE PLT DEPARTED THE RWY SLIGHTLY DURING LNDG ROLLOUT AT FWN.
Narrative: I DEPARTED ZZZ ABOUT XA00 LCL ON RWY 27. WX CLR, WIND LIGHT AND VARIABLE. I FLEW 20 MINS TO FWN (SUSSEX ARPT), ENTERED ON L DOWNWIND FOR RWY 21, CALLED SEVERAL TIMES FOR OTHER TFC, AND MADE A NORMAL APCH TO RWY 21. A SMOOTH TOUCHDOWN WAS MADE IN THE CTR OF RWY. THE ACFT STARTED TO VEER TO R, I APPLIED L RUDDER. ACFT CONTINUED TO TRACK TO R. I APPLIED L BRAKE TO STOP ACFT FROM TRACKING TO R. ACFT WAS STOPPED WITH R GEAR APPROX 1 FT OFF EDGE OF RWY. I DID NOT WANT TO USE EXCESSIVE L BRAKE BECAUSE OF THE POSSIBILITY OF ROLLING THE R GEAR UNDER, AND THE ACFT WAS ALMOST STOPPED. A NEW TIRE AND TUBE WAS PUT ON ACFT. THERE WAS NO OTHER DAMAGE TO ACFT. THE ACFT WAS FLOWN BACK TO ZZZ AND A NORMAL LNDG WAS MADE.
