Narrative:
WX: clear altitude. Time: XA00 local. During my last 7 shifts, after running the rtes for lhr XXX flts, the new minimum time tracks on 4 of the occasions has been illegal. Twice it crossed through a restr MOA that was notamed out. The third time it was routed wbound on an eastbound only airway. This last time is crossed through at different points. These rtes have to be built more carefully, taking NOTAMS, flight rules, etc, into consideration.
