Narrative:

This was the last day of a fatiguing 4-DAY trip with the same crew. Our original pairing was ZZZ1-ZZZ2. While en route to ZZZ2, company contacted us to divert to ZZZ to pick up freight. After loading freight in ZZZ, we were mistakenly fueled an extra 400 pounds. We burned the extra fuel off during taxi to runway and were legal for takeoff. Our actual takeoff weight was 404900 pounds. Maximum takeoff weight landing limited was 406700 pounds. All checklists prior to takeoff were completed in accordance to company procedures. Takeoff roll was uneventful until we reached approximately 158-161 KTS, when we received a takeoff warning horn. With '4450,' stop margin, we immediately aborted the takeoff, exercising my emergency authority/authorized, prior to vr and stopped the aircraft on the runway with 1800 ft of runway remaining. During deceleration, tower called us and informed us that we had smoke from our tires. We began to run the rejected takeoff checklist when the controller called and said we now had a fire. She informed us that we could leave the aircraft on the runway and that she was calling arff and having the trucks roll. We performed the emergency quick evacuate/evacuation checklist and egress from the aircraft. When there was no longer evident danger, 2 of the crew members returned to the aircraft to check the confign, and found the settings were set correctly for takeoff.
