Narrative:
I was performing tsa security. After finishing security I went to the flight deck and completed my first officer duties. I reviewed captain's completed weight and balance form, double-checked takeoff performance for temperature and runway length. After takeoff, and the flight attendant called and asked if we would like anything (catering) I became inquisitive of weight and balance, because the weight and balance showed no catering for this flight. I discussed the load manifest with the onboard load controller and the captain and we then discovered other incorrect information on weight and balance. The do, chief pilot, and office personnel were advised of incorrect cargo manifest and catering problem lack of notification. Correct cargo manifest and checked baggage weight used on next 2 legs and will be used on future flts.

Title: A B737 FLT CREW DISCOVERS A WT AND BAL DISCREPANCY AFTER THEY ARE AIRBORNE.
Narrative: I WAS PERFORMING TSA SECURITY. AFTER FINISHING SECURITY I WENT TO THE FLT DECK AND COMPLETED MY FO DUTIES. I REVIEWED CAPT'S COMPLETED WT AND BAL FORM, DOUBLE-CHKED TKOF PERFORMANCE FOR TEMP AND RWY LENGTH. AFTER TKOF, AND THE FLT ATTENDANT CALLED AND ASKED IF WE WOULD LIKE ANYTHING (CATERING) I BECAME INQUISITIVE OF WT AND BAL, BECAUSE THE WT AND BAL SHOWED NO CATERING FOR THIS FLT. I DISCUSSED THE LOAD MANIFEST WITH THE ONBOARD LOAD CTLR AND THE CAPT AND WE THEN DISCOVERED OTHER INCORRECT INFO ON WT AND BAL. THE DO, CHIEF PLT, AND OFFICE PERSONNEL WERE ADVISED OF INCORRECT CARGO MANIFEST AND CATERING PROB LACK OF NOTIFICATION. CORRECT CARGO MANIFEST AND CHKED BAGGAGE WT USED ON NEXT 2 LEGS AND WILL BE USED ON FUTURE FLTS.
