Narrative:

Upon landing rollout runway 4, turn to taxiway, braking action and gust of wind picked up tail of my aircraft, causing propeller strike. Contributing factors were busy airport environment and closure of over 50% of runway. Took action to shut down engine, turn off fuel and exit aircraft. Aircraft cleared from active taxiway within 5 mins. I had sufficient runway to continue my rollout, so attempting to turn off runway early to allow others to use runway, was a poor decision on my part.
