Narrative:
While leaving atlanta ramp on the north side to taxiway F, a lavatory waste vehicle speed up then passed right in front of us requiring a quick stop on our part. We had turned our taxi light on in accordance with the local procedures for atl when leaving control of the local ramp control with clearance to taxi from ground. The vehicle could not miss that we were already across the roadway and proceeded to accelerate in front of us. This is the second occurrence in 2 weeks where this has happened in atlanta.
