Narrative:
We had an equipment change MD80 late night in ord. The aircraft we took had been terminated for the evening and had the fuel loaded, mains 4.0, center 4.5. Had standard under fuel loading and we didn't notice the difference prior to takeoff.

Title: AFTER A LAST MIN EQUIP CHANGE AT ORD, FLT CREW OF MD80 FAIL TO RECOGNIZE NON STANDARD FUEL DISTRIBUTION PRIOR TO DEP.
Narrative: WE HAD AN EQUIP CHANGE MD80 LATE NIGHT IN ORD. THE ACFT WE TOOK HAD BEEN TERMINATED FOR THE EVENING AND HAD THE FUEL LOADED, MAINS 4.0, CTR 4.5. HAD STANDARD UNDER FUEL LOADING AND WE DIDN'T NOTICE THE DIFFERENCE PRIOR TO TKOF.
