Narrative:
During maintenance postflt inspection of aircraft X, both the 'static sense port' and the 'cabin pressure relief valve' were found to be taped over. Flight crew had no knowledge of this, nor were any unusual indications noticed during the flight.

Title: A B737-400 WAS DISPATCHED IN NON COMPLIANCE WITH THE ALTERNATE PITOT TUBE STATIC PORTS AND OVER-PRESSURE SAFETY RELIEF VALVE AMBIENT SENSING PORTS TAPED OVER.
Narrative: DURING MAINT POSTFLT INSPECTION OF ACFT X, BOTH THE 'STATIC SENSE PORT' AND THE 'CABIN PRESSURE RELIEF VALVE' WERE FOUND TO BE TAPED OVER. FLT CREW HAD NO KNOWLEDGE OF THIS, NOR WERE ANY UNUSUAL INDICATIONS NOTICED DURING THE FLT.
