Narrative:
The incident that happened on flight from rdu-dfw, was a verbal confrontation between a flight attendant and a passenger. The passenger was a young woman with 2 small children. As lead flight attendant, I became involved when passenger came to first class for assistance with problem with flight attendant. Passenger was very upset at the way she was being treated by flight attendant. Passenger was not threatening or appeared to be any problem to rest of crew or other passenger. Incident was only a clash between passenger and flight attendant. I did not witness what triggered confrontation but, in my opinion, this incident did not warrant a passenger misconduct report and should have been resolved on the flight without a report being filed.
