Narrative:
On a 'light' C check, aircraft X was found to have an improperly routed cable that damaged the fuselage. Work was traced back to a heavy 'C' check performed on xx dock in aug 2002. The work was performed by many people on the system team including myself, although none of us noticed the misrouted cable at that time.
