Narrative:
During a normal descent, the forward cargo containers were heard crashing fore and aft during descent and leveloffs. After landing, an E6 entry was made to check for damage and possible cargo system malfunction. There is no published guidance on associated hazards or crew actions for this condition on the B777. However, smooth and gradual pitch and speed changes were made as a precaution. The cause of this incident is unknown.
