Narrative:

This was a very unfortunate incident that began at boarding. After takeoff, we were told by business class passenger that this man had made a stink in the air carrier's executive club and treated staff there so badly that these individuals reported him to the manager. We thought it odd that a manager came on board during boarding, but said nothing to us about this passenger. Agent also said nothing about the scene he created, or should I say, his behavior at the gate. We were understaffed by 1 flight attendant and all a little on edge since we had no air marshals on board. Captain also wanted to try to diffuse the situation and continue to lhr, which is what happened. This is an extremely long and involved story. The passenger lied to cabin crew, threatened crew and passenger, along with other crew members who wrote lengthy reports. Our manager even called his boss. I got an e-mail that an incident report was filed and to respond, which I did, twice. I only observed and had no interaction with passenger. Unfortunately, I cannot remember his name and failed to keep copies of my reports. However, there is an extensive file of reports on this man. On his return, the crew had been forewarned. Security at lhr thought him ok to travel (at ticket counter) and he had a seat number. Eventually, 2 flight attendants with security at the gate met with him again and allowed him passage. However, as soon as he boarded, he started unacceptable behavior and the purser had him removed. (I was following his itinerary by computer the day of his return and wrote another message to the call event center when I saw that he had a seat.) he was rebooked on a foreign air carrier and, at the departure gate, the foreign air carrier refused him passage. He had to spend the night and returned to our air carrier the next day which booked him on a different foreign air carrier. His pnr was filled with lies and unfactual information. Another flight attendant has also forwarded his name to our air carrier's website to flag this individual. We should have dropped him off in some remote island and left him to fend for himself. It was a horrible experience.

Title: A B777 FLT ATTENDANT RPTED THAT AN UNRULY PAX'S BEHAVIOR WAS SO EXTREME, THE RPTR FOLLOWED THE PAX'S PROGRESS AND PREVENTED HIM FROM FLYING ON COMPANY ACFT DURING HIS RETURN.

Narrative: THIS WAS A VERY UNFORTUNATE INCIDENT THAT BEGAN AT BOARDING. AFTER TKOF, WE WERE TOLD BY BUSINESS CLASS PAX THAT THIS MAN HAD MADE A STINK IN THE ACR'S EXECUTIVE CLUB AND TREATED STAFF THERE SO BADLY THAT THESE INDIVIDUALS RPTED HIM TO THE MGR. WE THOUGHT IT ODD THAT A MGR CAME ON BOARD DURING BOARDING, BUT SAID NOTHING TO US ABOUT THIS PAX. AGENT ALSO SAID NOTHING ABOUT THE SCENE HE CREATED, OR SHOULD I SAY, HIS BEHAVIOR AT THE GATE. WE WERE UNDERSTAFFED BY 1 FLT ATTENDANT AND ALL A LITTLE ON EDGE SINCE WE HAD NO AIR MARSHALS ON BOARD. CAPT ALSO WANTED TO TRY TO DIFFUSE THE SIT AND CONTINUE TO LHR, WHICH IS WHAT HAPPENED. THIS IS AN EXTREMELY LONG AND INVOLVED STORY. THE PAX LIED TO CABIN CREW, THREATENED CREW AND PAX, ALONG WITH OTHER CREW MEMBERS WHO WROTE LENGTHY RPTS. OUR MGR EVEN CALLED HIS BOSS. I GOT AN E-MAIL THAT AN INCIDENT RPT WAS FILED AND TO RESPOND, WHICH I DID, TWICE. I ONLY OBSERVED AND HAD NO INTERACTION WITH PAX. UNFORTUNATELY, I CANNOT REMEMBER HIS NAME AND FAILED TO KEEP COPIES OF MY RPTS. HOWEVER, THERE IS AN EXTENSIVE FILE OF RPTS ON THIS MAN. ON HIS RETURN, THE CREW HAD BEEN FOREWARNED. SECURITY AT LHR THOUGHT HIM OK TO TRAVEL (AT TICKET COUNTER) AND HE HAD A SEAT NUMBER. EVENTUALLY, 2 FLT ATTENDANTS WITH SECURITY AT THE GATE MET WITH HIM AGAIN AND ALLOWED HIM PASSAGE. HOWEVER, AS SOON AS HE BOARDED, HE STARTED UNACCEPTABLE BEHAVIOR AND THE PURSER HAD HIM REMOVED. (I WAS FOLLOWING HIS ITINERARY BY COMPUTER THE DAY OF HIS RETURN AND WROTE ANOTHER MESSAGE TO THE CALL EVENT CTR WHEN I SAW THAT HE HAD A SEAT.) HE WAS REBOOKED ON A FOREIGN ACR AND, AT THE DEP GATE, THE FOREIGN ACR REFUSED HIM PASSAGE. HE HAD TO SPEND THE NIGHT AND RETURNED TO OUR ACR THE NEXT DAY WHICH BOOKED HIM ON A DIFFERENT FOREIGN ACR. HIS PNR WAS FILLED WITH LIES AND UNFACTUAL INFO. ANOTHER FLT ATTENDANT HAS ALSO FORWARDED HIS NAME TO OUR ACR'S WEBSITE TO FLAG THIS INDIVIDUAL. WE SHOULD HAVE DROPPED HIM OFF IN SOME REMOTE ISLAND AND LEFT HIM TO FEND FOR HIMSELF. IT WAS A HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE.
