Narrative:
Taking off on runway 35 at baker city airport. I was approximately 400 ft in air and went to release flap lever when my heavy coat sleeve caught fuel valve shutoff. I was able to land off end of runway 35 approximately 400-500 yards past end of runway. No damage to aircraft or pilot.

Title: A PA18 SINGLE PLT ATTEMPTING TO DEPART BKE'S RWY 35, CAUGHT HIS COAT SLEEVE ON THE FUEL VALVE. HE INADVERTENTLY TURNED IT TO THE SHUTOFF POS, WHICH CAUSED HIM TO LAND BEYOND THE END OF THE RWY.
Narrative: TAKING OFF ON RWY 35 AT BAKER CITY ARPT. I WAS APPROX 400 FT IN AIR AND WENT TO RELEASE FLAP LEVER WHEN MY HVY COAT SLEEVE CAUGHT FUEL VALVE SHUTOFF. I WAS ABLE TO LAND OFF END OF RWY 35 APPROX 400-500 YARDS PAST END OF RWY. NO DAMAGE TO ACFT OR PLT.
