Narrative:
On oct/sat/03, we (another amt and I) were performing operation XXXX, off-wing evacuate/evacuation slide compartment door latch inspection. We deactivated the off-wing slide system per the maintenance manual and proceeded to complete the inspection. Upon completion of the inspection, we then reactivated the off-wing slide system per the maintenance manual and completed operation XXXX paperwork. While signing operation XXXX paperwork, we failed to see the notification of rii (required inspection item) in the corner of all 5 pages of operation XXXX. The rii portion of the inspection was for the reactivation of the off-wing slide. The aircraft was returned to service and the mistake was caught the following morning while double-checking paperwork. Another station (I believe ZZZ1) had to correct our mistake (not sure whether they redid operation XXXX or just inspected reactivation of off-wing slide).
