Narrative:
Parked at gate, #2 engine running, waiting for gpu. Fueler began fueling aircraft, ignoring beacon and engine noise. Fuel truck was backed in and fueler was sitting in the truck reading the newspaper facing away from the aircraft.

Title: AN ERJ FLT CREW NOTICE THE FUELER STARTING TO FUEL THE ACFT BEFORE THE FLT CREW HAD TURNED OFF THE ENG WHILE AT THE GATE.
Narrative: PARKED AT GATE, #2 ENG RUNNING, WAITING FOR GPU. FUELER BEGAN FUELING ACFT, IGNORING BEACON AND ENG NOISE. FUEL TRUCK WAS BACKED IN AND FUELER WAS SITTING IN THE TRUCK READING THE NEWSPAPER FACING AWAY FROM THE ACFT.
