Narrative:
We were established on localizer and GS for ILS runway 26 phx at 3600 ft MSL (after iagal intersection and prior to prunn intersection). Aircraft Y was on approach to runway 25 phx. Aircraft Y strayed towards our approach course. We received a TCASII RA to climb. We complied immediately with climb advisory. Air carrier Y closed to within 200 ft vertically and approximately 300 ft laterally to the aft, and overtaking our aircraft. We landed with no further incident.
