Narrative:
After returning an aircraft to service after a 100 hour inspection and engine installation, there was a failure of the drive train at a flex coupling. Cause of the failure is being investigated.

Title: A EUROCOPTER 350B3, WHILE ENG WAS IDLING PRIOR TO TKOF, THE CREW HEARD A LOUD BANG. FOUND ENG DRIVE TRAIN FLEXIBLE COUPLING TO GEAR BOX FAILED.
Narrative: AFTER RETURNING AN ACFT TO SVC AFTER A 100 HR INSPECTION AND ENG INSTALLATION, THERE WAS A FAILURE OF THE DRIVE TRAIN AT A FLEX COUPLING. CAUSE OF THE FAILURE IS BEING INVESTIGATED.
