Narrative:
14 mins after takeoff, we received a revision 01 close-out which contained restr articles: dry ice loaded in the aft cargo compartment. The ground crew failed to deliver the documentation to us prior to departure and we had no notice that it was aboard until after takeoff. The original load close-out did not contain any restr articles.

Title: MD80 FLT CREW IS UNAWARE OF HAZMAT LOADED ON THE ACFT DEP SAN.
Narrative: 14 MINS AFTER TKOF, WE RECEIVED A REVISION 01 CLOSE-OUT WHICH CONTAINED RESTR ARTICLES: DRY ICE LOADED IN THE AFT CARGO COMPARTMENT. THE GND CREW FAILED TO DELIVER THE DOCUMENTATION TO US PRIOR TO DEP AND WE HAD NO NOTICE THAT IT WAS ABOARD UNTIL AFTER TKOF. THE ORIGINAL LOAD CLOSE-OUT DID NOT CONTAIN ANY RESTR ARTICLES.
