Narrative:
We had IFR traffic at 4000 ft, we were level at 3000 ft, a VFR aircraft was below us at 2500 ft. The VFR traffic climbed to 2700 ft, he was off his altitude, only 300 ft below our aircraft. I think there should be greater restrs with VFR aircraft around class B airspace.

Title: B717 CREW HAD AN NMAC WITH A VFR ACFT 15 MI FROM DFW. THEY HAD A TCASII RA AND TOOK EVASIVE ACTION.
Narrative: WE HAD IFR TFC AT 4000 FT, WE WERE LEVEL AT 3000 FT, A VFR ACFT WAS BELOW US AT 2500 FT. THE VFR TFC CLBED TO 2700 FT, HE WAS OFF HIS ALT, ONLY 300 FT BELOW OUR ACFT. I THINK THERE SHOULD BE GREATER RESTRS WITH VFR ACFT AROUND CLASS B AIRSPACE.
