Narrative:
While taxiing across the apron from gate to runway 18 via taxiway J at tulsa, ok, behind a B737-800 and abeam taxiway H. Aircraft #2 cleared runway 18L on taxiway H at a high rate of speed and came along side and passed our aircraft on our right. We were on the taxi line and they passed us in a no taxi area of the ramp, passing between us and the B737-800. Approximately distance was about 60 ft horizontally. After querying ground what was going on, we were told he, the sabreliner was taxiing with tower and was told to give way to us. I told the captain to 'stop immediately' and he did as the sabreliner passed between us and the B737-800 still at a high rate of speed. The taxi distance between aircraft #1 and the B737-800 was approximately 300 ft.
