Narrative:
I am a student pilot. While on my student solo, I was maneuvering for a downwind entry at W29, bay bridge airport. Because of a noise abatement procedure, it's required to remain at a minimum of 3 NM south during maneuvering to enter. While at 1200 ft MSL and squawking XXXX, potomac approach cited me for violating the dc ADIZ. I found out upon landing and called potomac approach. I do not believe, despite the 10 KT crosswind from the north, I violated the ADIZ. After reviewing with my instructor, I can insure this will never occur again.
