Narrative:
During a nosewheel change in blizzard conditions, spacer was later found with old wheel. Aircraft was located and new wheel assembly and spacer was installed. No damage was found.

Title: A B767-400 WAS DISPATCHED IN NON COMPLIANCE WITH THE R NOSE TIRE AND WHEEL ASSEMBLY MISSING THE WHEEL SPACER.
Narrative: DURING A NOSEWHEEL CHANGE IN BLIZZARD CONDITIONS, SPACER WAS LATER FOUND WITH OLD WHEEL. ACFT WAS LOCATED AND NEW WHEEL ASSEMBLY AND SPACER WAS INSTALLED. NO DAMAGE WAS FOUND.
