Narrative:
During my final walk-thru, the passenger at the bulkhead seat in coach, seat xx, had a bistro bag and a manila envelope on the FLO0OR in front of him. I told him he had to pick all of it up. He replied, 'I've been waiting for you, I've got a time bomb.' he stopped and said, 'I shouldn't have said that, I didn't mean it.' I told him, 'you shouldn't have said that.' I went back to the first class galley and told the #1 flight attendant. I then went back and looked in the bag. (In hindsight I realize I shouldn't have done that.) the bag only had the contents of the bistro bag. I notified the captain and he took the flight back to the gate. He notified auths. When we got to the gate, the police met the plane and removed the passenger and his baggage in the overhead and in the cargo compartment. Once that was taken care of, we proceeded onto ord. Callback conversation with reporter revealed the following information: reporter advised passenger was 'under age' and security advised that parents would be called. No other information has been received since the incident.

Title: PAX RESPONDS TO FLT ATTENDANT WHEN TOLD TO CLEAN UP PAPER CONTAINER AND PLAN FOR TKOF, 'I'VE GOT A TIME BOMB.' ACFT RETURNED TO GATE AND PAX REMOVED.
Narrative: DURING MY FINAL WALK-THRU, THE PAX AT THE BULKHEAD SEAT IN COACH, SEAT XX, HAD A BISTRO BAG AND A MANILA ENVELOPE ON THE FLO0OR IN FRONT OF HIM. I TOLD HIM HE HAD TO PICK ALL OF IT UP. HE REPLIED, 'I'VE BEEN WAITING FOR YOU, I'VE GOT A TIME BOMB.' HE STOPPED AND SAID, 'I SHOULDN'T HAVE SAID THAT, I DIDN'T MEAN IT.' I TOLD HIM, 'YOU SHOULDN'T HAVE SAID THAT.' I WENT BACK TO THE FIRST CLASS GALLEY AND TOLD THE #1 FLT ATTENDANT. I THEN WENT BACK AND LOOKED IN THE BAG. (IN HINDSIGHT I REALIZE I SHOULDN'T HAVE DONE THAT.) THE BAG ONLY HAD THE CONTENTS OF THE BISTRO BAG. I NOTIFIED THE CAPT AND HE TOOK THE FLT BACK TO THE GATE. HE NOTIFIED AUTHS. WHEN WE GOT TO THE GATE, THE POLICE MET THE PLANE AND REMOVED THE PAX AND HIS BAGGAGE IN THE OVERHEAD AND IN THE CARGO COMPARTMENT. ONCE THAT WAS TAKEN CARE OF, WE PROCEEDED ONTO ORD. CALLBACK CONVERSATION WITH RPTR REVEALED THE FOLLOWING INFO: RPTR ADVISED PAX WAS 'UNDER AGE' AND SECURITY ADVISED THAT PARENTS WOULD BE CALLED. NO OTHER INFO HAS BEEN RECEIVED SINCE THE INCIDENT.
