Narrative:
We departed ZZZ on flight abc to ZZZ1 with an FAA jumpseater. The captain and I had never been into ZZZ1, so we were looking at the approach charts and the 10-07's en route and allowed the center tank fuel to burn down to 100 pounds before we switched the pumps off. The rest of the flight went as planned and the 'fed' didn't have any comments for us at the end of the flight.
