Narrative:
On dec/wed/03, at FL350 we were en route from teb to ftw approximately 150 NM east of mem. We encountered clear air turbulence (we suspected windshear). Aircraft lost +/-2500 ft. We notified ATC of our situation and we recovered back to FL350. No crew or passenger were hurt during this incident.

Title: A HAWKER ENCOUNTERS CLR AIR TURB AT FL350. THE ACFT LOST 2500 FT UNTIL THE FLT CREW REGAINED CTL AND CLBED BACK TO FL350.
Narrative: ON DEC/WED/03, AT FL350 WE WERE ENRTE FROM TEB TO FTW APPROX 150 NM E OF MEM. WE ENCOUNTERED CLR AIR TURB (WE SUSPECTED WINDSHEAR). ACFT LOST +/-2500 FT. WE NOTIFIED ATC OF OUR SIT AND WE RECOVERED BACK TO FL350. NO CREW OR PAX WERE HURT DURING THIS INCIDENT.
