Narrative:
After an as soon as possible flight to mynn from bct, we arrived at mynn and cleared customs. Passenger were already waiting for us and we expedited the ground handling and received clearance to taxi. We were cleared from the GA ramp to runway 14, hold short of runway 9. Due to checklist procedure we were finishing and poor runway and taxiway markings, we taxied across runway 9 as an A320 was departing. At that time, ATC asked us if we saw the hold short lines and we said no. Controller then stated, 'we need to be more careful' because this happens in that area quite frequently. The remaining flight was uneventful.

Title: C750 CREW HAD A RWY INCURSION AT MYNN AND CONFLICT WITH A DEPARTING A320.
Narrative: AFTER AN ASAP FLT TO MYNN FROM BCT, WE ARRIVED AT MYNN AND CLRED CUSTOMS. PAX WERE ALREADY WAITING FOR US AND WE EXPEDITED THE GND HANDLING AND RECEIVED CLRNC TO TAXI. WE WERE CLRED FROM THE GA RAMP TO RWY 14, HOLD SHORT OF RWY 9. DUE TO CHKLIST PROC WE WERE FINISHING AND POOR RWY AND TXWY MARKINGS, WE TAXIED ACROSS RWY 9 AS AN A320 WAS DEPARTING. AT THAT TIME, ATC ASKED US IF WE SAW THE HOLD SHORT LINES AND WE SAID NO. CTLR THEN STATED, 'WE NEED TO BE MORE CAREFUL' BECAUSE THIS HAPPENS IN THAT AREA QUITE FREQUENTLY. THE REMAINING FLT WAS UNEVENTFUL.
