Narrative:

Aircraft was picked up from maintenance facility with fresh annual. Run-up checked out fine. Climb out fine. At first power reduction throttle was noted to be stuck at cruise power. Tower was notified and I was cleared for landing. Pulled mixture to stop engine at approximately 150 ft AGL and landed fine on runway then taxied off runway. No emergency was declared and tower didn't ask for any reports. Cause: throttle linkage not secured.
