Narrative:
I am writing to complain about our new reserve system. I must say that 10 days off a month is not enough to recover and to operate safely from the abuse we receive on reserve. I was called early in the morning (I know I could check another box for on my day off) and found it very hard to get back to sleep for hours. We were never notified that our airplane was over 3 hours late, so we showed up on time. We fly until early in the morning and then have to switch our schedule around again in a couple of days to waking up in the wee hours of the morning. Our trip went from either rushing 20 min turns while changing airplanes to sitting for 5 hours at a time. We also had crew illegalities to get minimum time at the layover. I was dead tired to catch up 3 legs after a few hours of sleep just to be notified 2 legs before my trip finished to contact crew scheduling when I finished. I was making small mistakes on set-up while even trying to concentrate extra hard. Then I got assigned field standby for XA00. I woke up the next morning and got ready and then checked my schedule. I was assigned hours earlier a trip that left after XD00. No one contacted me, but I called them and tried to get more desperately needed sleep. I am exhausted and just have to try to catch up this wkend before 6 more days of abuse. Change the system!

Title: A RESERVE FO CITES SMALL MISTAKES BEING MADE AS A RESULT OF BEING TIRED DUE TO A PERCEIVED ABUSIVE OF RESERVE PLT SCHEDULING SYS.
Narrative: I AM WRITING TO COMPLAIN ABOUT OUR NEW RESERVE SYS. I MUST SAY THAT 10 DAYS OFF A MONTH IS NOT ENOUGH TO RECOVER AND TO OPERATE SAFELY FROM THE ABUSE WE RECEIVE ON RESERVE.
