Narrative:
While performing engine run-up for engine change, aircraft tires were blown causing other damage to aircraft. Supplemental information from acn 605556: the A300 is known for movement of aircraft at high power settings. Aircraft moved forward and damaged tires. Unaware of runway surface conditions.

Title: AN AIRBUS 300 DURING AN ENG CHANGE PWR RUN ON A SERRATED SURFACE WITH BRAKES LOCKED MOVED FORWARD INCURRING TIRE DAMAGE.
Narrative: WHILE PERFORMING ENG RUN-UP FOR ENG CHANGE, ACFT TIRES WERE BLOWN CAUSING OTHER DAMAGE TO ACFT. SUPPLEMENTAL INFO FROM ACN 605556: THE A300 IS KNOWN FOR MOVEMENT OF ACFT AT HIGH PWR SETTINGS. ACFT MOVED FORWARD AND DAMAGED TIRES. UNAWARE OF RWY SURFACE CONDITIONS.
