Narrative:
Aircraft X en route to cvg at FL310 was turned right to a 340 degree heading for spacing to cvg. Aircraft Y was en route to yyz at FL310, about 12 mi parallel to aircraft X. Aircraft X and aircraft Y were vectored away from each other but came within 4.7 mi of each other at the same altitude.

Narrative: ACFT X ENRTE TO CVG AT FL310 WAS TURNED R TO A 340 DEG HDG FOR SPACING TO CVG. ACFT Y WAS ENRTE TO YYZ AT FL310, ABOUT 12 MI PARALLEL TO ACFT X. ACFT X AND ACFT Y WERE VECTORED AWAY FROM EACH OTHER BUT CAME WITHIN 4.7 MI OF EACH OTHER AT THE SAME ALT.
