Narrative:
The ramp light poles which light the concourse for air carrier X. Concourse east ... At night due to glare from the lights and the lights themselves, blocks the hold short area of runway 27R from the tower. The poles need to be shortened by at least 20 ft or a new way of lighting the concourse needs to be found. At night small aircraft cannot be seen holding there or even taxiing to this area.
