Narrative:
During flight, ATC cleared us to 11000 ft. Subsequently, ATC issued clrncs to descend to 7000 ft and direct to vld. After turning direct vld, we received a TA for aircraft at 12 O'clock position. ATC issued clearance to turn. I observed traffic at 9 O'clock position and reported traffic in sight to ZJX. We were then cleared direct to vld, where we landed. ZJX is investigating a possible deviation.

Title: CL65 WITH ZJX EXPERIENCED TCASII RA WITH TFC AT APPROX FL230 DURING DSCNT.
Narrative: DURING FLT, ATC CLRED US TO 11000 FT. SUBSEQUENTLY, ATC ISSUED CLRNCS TO DSND TO 7000 FT AND DIRECT TO VLD. AFTER TURNING DIRECT VLD, WE RECEIVED A TA FOR ACFT AT 12 O'CLOCK POS. ATC ISSUED CLRNC TO TURN. I OBSERVED TFC AT 9 O'CLOCK POS AND RPTED TFC IN SIGHT TO ZJX. WE WERE THEN CLRED DIRECT TO VLD, WHERE WE LANDED. ZJX IS INVESTIGATING A POSSIBLE DEV.
