Narrative:
At approximately XA00 jan/sat/04, I svced #2 engine idg. The aircraft was scheduled for flight abcd. Pilot reported idg fault light on. Idg was replaced and further inspection of engine revealed leak at oil inlet fitting for idg fuel-oil cooler requiring replacement of this component. (I did not perform any work on idg fuel-oil cooler prior to flight abcd.)
